Since Master Terminal has been updated in a number of areas to adhere to the SOLAS VGM Requirements, in 8.4.2.090 the VGM configuration settings have been grouped together on a new VGM tab in the Terminal Configuration screen. This update is included in 8.4.2.090 (July 2016).
