8.4.2.050 Break Bulk Bulk Cargo Voyage Operations

GC Voyage Graphic

The Bulk / Break Bulk Monitoring screen is new in Master Terminal 842.050.

It is a side profile of a general cargo voyage showing the holds defined and the cargo in those holds.

A vessel can have holds and hold locations defined with a capacity:

In the new screen those holds can be selected and displayed graphically:

ACTUAL MODE

The new screen has an actual mode and within that all cargo; or just imports or exports can be displayed.

‘Import’ means imports and transship imports.
‘Export’ means exports and remain on boards.

The usual colour modes are available – cargo type, operator, discharge port and more.

There are also links to the summary screen and the voyage cargo counter.

OPERATIONS MODE

There is also an operations mode. This view shows each hold with a split by ‘import’ and export’.

‘Import’ means imports and transship imports.
‘Export’ means exports and remain on boards.

The mode allows the cargo to be viewed by weight or volume.

The operations view also has the 3 standard display modes of actual, queued and planned.

The planned view is useful during planning as the capacity of the hold can be graphically viewed.

Clicking on a hold position will show a break down of the cargo.

Print Report

The print allows a selection of holds and 2 report output sections:

The macro info can be printed for the selected hold locations:
